Late cancellation and non-attendance of a telehealth consultation
Failure to attend an appointment or a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is up to 100% of the cost of your appointment and is at the discretion of the doctor the appointment was scheduled with.

Cancellation of appointment and refund of consultation fee 
If you cancel an appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice and have paid some or part of the quoted consultation fee, you will be entitled to a refund of the total amount paid.
